You want to shape communication? Then you've come to the right place. At IAV, you'll work on real projects as part of the communications team – creatively and with plenty of freedom. Here, you can explore what communication is all about today: storytelling, video, AI, and brand staging – with a focus on the latest technology and great people.

Your Tasks:

• You will support our communications team in creating and preparing content for various channels—from social media to internal communications.

• You will prepare topics and texts tailored to specific target groups and actively contribute your own ideas.

• You will collaborate on the development and implementation of creative communication and marketing measures.

• You will assist in the creation of video content and AI-based formats.

• You will work closely with colleagues from various disciplines and actively participate in the design process.

Necessary Skills:

• Current studies in the field of communication, media, marketing, journalism, or a comparable degree program

• Good language skills and enjoyment of preparing content creatively and precisely

• Initial experience in writing texts or working with social media is an advantage

• Knowledge of creating AI content is desirable

• Creativity, initiative, and a keen eye for visual design

• Confident communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork, including interdisciplinary collaboration

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable tools is a plus

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills (at least C1 level)

Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current hourly wage for this position is EUR 17.52.
