This challenge awaits you:

Facility Management (FM) / Service takes care of the properties in Berlin and Baden-Württemberg so that 2,000 employees at the locations can work productively on the mobility of the future.

Your Tasks:

• You will look after our facility maintenance databases and databases in the areas of space management, improvement and energy-saving projects for technical systems and optimization of maintenance and processes.
• You will create project, quality and presentation documents.
• You will support practical work in the building services or reception areas
• You will be involved in the implementation of projects within the company under the guidance of the Facility department.

Necessary Skills:

• Advanced studies in facility management, business administration or a comparable technical/administrative degree program
• Experience with facility management systems (CAFM), drawing programs (e.g. AUTOCAD) and databases desirable
• Confident handling of all MS Office products
• German language skills of at least C1 level and English language skills of at least B2 level

Desired Skills:

• Completed technical or commercial training 
• High sense of responsibility, reliability and positive communication skills
• Independent and structured way of working and ability to work in a team

Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current hourly rate for this position is EUR 17.52.
