This challenge awaits you:

The IAV Group is an international corporation. Its fleet management division manages all vehicles belonging to IAV GmbH and its subsidiaries in Germany. Its responsibilities range from vehicle ordering to vehicle return.

Your Tasks:

• You will assist with vehicle registration.
• You will issue a wide variety of documents.
• You will maintain data in the fleet management software.
• You will assist with fuel card management.
• You will process administrative offences.
• You will check, maintain and document tax assessments and process daily mail. 

Necessary Skills:

• Currently studying business law, business administration with a focus on taxation or a comparable degree programme
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office
• Very good written and spoken German (at least C1 level)

• Enthusiasm for automotive topics
• Organisational skills, reliability, sense of responsibility, high level of diligence
• Friendly manner, strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current hourly wage for this position is EUR 17.52.
