With us, you will accompany the entire registration process in our B2B customer portals – from new registrations and technical coordination to maintenance and error analysis. Your Tasks:
- You are responsible for registering new customer portals and coordinating the entire approval process—from document review to approval by internal departments
- You coordinate technical matters with internal departments and external customers and support the entire registration process
- You ensure that the portals run smoothly and document all registration steps in a transparent and structured manner
- You will independently analyze technical malfunctions in the portals, get to the root of problems, and develop appropriate solutions (troubleshooting)
- You will be the point of contact for portal problems—both for customers and technical contacts—and ensure quick clarification
- You will be responsible for maintaining and updating important portal information, such as certificates, master data, and supplier status documents
- You will keep track of open tasks, perform regular screenings of the portals, and proactively take care of their processing
Necessary Skills:
- Currently studying business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable degree program
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Analytical and structured way of thinking and conscientious work ethic
- Good understanding of sales processes and in-depth understanding of customer portal processes
- Very good communication skills and customer-oriented manner
- Good German and English skills (at least B2)
Desired Skills:
- Basic knowledge of quality management is an advantage
- High degree of personal responsibility, reliability, and ability to work in a team
