The world of digital services is evolving rapidly. Technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud services, and the Internet of Things are continuously creating new opportunities for innovative products. In order to implement these successfully, requirements engineering plays a central role: requirements must be captured clearly, structured systematically, and prepared in a way that makes them transferable to development teams.
A position in requirements engineering plays a crucial role in the success of a product by ensuring that requirements are clearly identified, analyzed, and translated into technical specifications. Through close collaboration with customers and development teams, this role helps ensure that the final product meets expectations and aligns with market needs. As an intern, you also make an important contribution by supporting the documentation, coordination, and optimization of requirements, thereby actively shaping overall product quality.
Your Tasks:
- You support the elicitation, structuring, and analysis of requirements
- You contribute to the creation and maintenance of requirements documentation and specifications
- You prepare workshops and alignment meetings with developers, project managers, and stakeholders
- You support the optimization and further development of requirements engineering processes
- You prepare and follow up on user interviews and assist in their implementation
- You document your results in a target group oriented manner for various stakeholders
Necessary Skills:
- Ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable field of study
- Basic understanding of technical contexts
- Very good German and good English skills
Desired Skills:
- Initial knowledge of requirements engineering or software development
- First exposure to user centered design
- Analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and a high level of initiative
Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current monthly salary for this position is EUR 979.00.
