We offer you the opportunity to put your theoretical knowledge into practice and gain valuable professional experience. We are looking for dedicated working students or interns in the field of unmanned systems UxS for a period of approx. 6 months.

Your Tasks:

• You will be involved in ongoing projects in the field of unmanned systems.
• You support the design and further development of prototypes
• You will expand and refine simulation environments.
• You will be involved in the development of new software functions in current subject areas and the integration of software into a hardware environment.
• You will help to carry out tests and analyses to improve existing systems.

Necessary Skills:

• Ongoing studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, aviation, computer science or a comparable field of study
• High level of commitment and ability to grasp new skills
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Fluency in German and/or English to at least C1 level

Desired Skills:

• Ideally initial knowledge of robotics and ROS/ROS2
  Good programming skills (e.g. C++, Python)
  Experience in using simulation tools (e.g. MATLAB/Simulink, Gazebo)
  Initial experience in an in-depth aspect, such as UxS Teaming/ Manned-Unmanned Teaming

  
  Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current hourly wage for this position is EUR 17.52. The internship is remunerated with a monthly salary of EUR 979.
