In order to position IAV as a development partner for leading global vehicle manufacturers, it is necessary to continuously adapt to changing markets, technologies, and opportunities offered by digitalization. Digital media provide effective and efficient support for the management of operational activities and strategy development. Thanks to AI, data-driven decision-making can be faster and more reliable.

Your Tasks:

• You maintain and improve existing tools for data-driven decision-making.
• You develop and implement new management tools.
• You work on new digitization approaches for existing processes and implement them.
• You deal with interfaces between SAP, CRM, Excel, and other tools and contribute to their reduction where necessary.
• You further develop digital sales.

Necessary Skills:

• Current business, economics, or engineering degree with a focus on IT, sales, or strategy
• Solid knowledge of common software such as OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Experience with creating macros and smaller programming tasks
• Very good German skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills (at least B1)

Desired Skills:

• Initial experience with the Atlassian tool chain, Python, MatLab, and OpenAI
• Strong interest in IT, sales, and strategy development, as well as project management based on KPIs and CIP
• High degree of initiative, enjoyment of analysis, and a systematic and independent approach to work

Remuneration is based on our collective agreement and pay scale. The current hourly wage for this position is EUR 17.52.
