Your Tasks:

• You supervise the test bench technology of IAV Vehicle Safety at the Großmehring site
• You coordinate requirements and develop test setups with the involved interface partners
• You develop a test and safety concept for HV batteries
• You support the development and visualization of HV processes
• You create templates and other specification documents for HV tests
• You interpret and implement safety laws, as well as analyze and prepare crash measurement data

Necessary Skills:

• Successfully completed studies in the fields of vehicle construction, mechanical engineering or comparable
• Comprehensive knowledge of the test bench technology used
• Expertise in the field of vehicle safety (test regulations, consumer protection, active chains, active and passive safety systems)
• Knowledge of overall vehicle development
• Sound design knowledge in CATIA V5
• Proof training as an electrician for vehicle technology (EFffT)
• Knowledge of the vehicle electrical system architecture (HV and bus system)

Desired Skills:

• Certificate of competence according to §20 Explosives Act
• Good knowledge of German and English and good communication skills
• Good understanding of processes and overall systems as well as strong analytical thinking
• Organisational talent with vision and good prioritisation skills
• Confident demeanour and a high degree of initiative and creativity
