As a project management student, your responsibilities will cover a wide range of tasks, from financial controlling and document preparation to planning internal appointments. You will have the opportunity to learn a great deal about managing development projects in the automotive industry.
Our internal training programme and colleagues will support you as you settle in, and you will work closely with project and department managers. Our learning portal is also available to you for further development opportunities.
Your Tasks:
- You will assist with project administration.
- You will assist with project controlling, including independently preparing forecasts and monthly financial statements with target/actual comparisons.
- You will create status and cost centre reports.
- You will be responsible for creating presentations and documents.
- You will assist with project and process management.
Necessary Skills:
- Currently studying business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable degree programme
- Interest in controlling contexts
- Quick comprehension and organisational skills as well as a confident and friendly manner
- Openness to new ideas and enjoyment of change and teamwork
- Good written and spoken German skills (at least B2 level)
Desired Skills:
- Basic knowledge of economics or business administration is an advantage
- Tool skills: MS Office products and JIRA/Confluence
