The networking of Electronic Control Units (ECUs) at various automotive manufacturers is actively developed and supported by IAV. This encompasses the management of integrated ECUs and their software components across diverse networks and vehicle projects, both during the development phase and throughout their subsequent life cycles. We are seeking a motivated, committed, and technically proficient Project Responsible to join us and take on this comprehensive area of responsibility as soon as possible.
In this role, you will act as the primary customer liaison, ensuring seamless project delivery and maintaining strong client relationships. You will manage a dynamic and growing portfolio of projects, leading skilled and motivated teams with enthusiasm and dedication. Your responsibilities will also include the ongoing optimization and enhancement of existing processes and teams, driving improvements in efficiency and effectiveness to achieve project goals.

Your Tasks:

• You manage and lead projects from acquisition through offer preparation and project implementation to final completion
• You take responsibility for successful project execution and delivery
• You define and optimize processes and quality
• You coordinate and steer multi disciplinary project teams
• You create status reports and action catalogs and report on the project for internal and external customers
• You ensure the functionality and completeness of composite releases according to internal and external specifications

Necessary Skills:

• Completed master’s studies in the field of automotive engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering and similar
• Several years of experience within project management or project coordination
• Experience in people management
• Confident handling of MS Office

Desired Skills:

• User knowledge e.g. te.VBV, System42, AVON and TEVON, ConBase
• Good knowledge and understanding of vehicle development processes (ASPICE) 
• Strong understanding of vehicle networking and ECU development
• Strong interest in the automotive industry 
• Driving license class B
• Independent and structured way of working
• Good at communicating and delegating tasks
